This policy applies to all digital products sold through this store, including ebooks, protocols, guides, courses, and any other downloadable or digitally delivered content, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Under European Union consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from any distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Important — waiver for digital products
Our products are digital and are delivered immediately upon purchase. At checkout, you are asked to give explicit consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. If you complete the purchase and tick the consent box, the product is delivered to you immediately and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
If you did not waive your right of withdrawal
If you completed a purchase without giving this consent, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, email us at shop@williamdickinson.co.uk with your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw. We will process your refund without undue delay using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
Refunds at our discretion
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been delivered and the right of withdrawal has been waived. However, if you experience a technical problem accessing your product that we are unable to resolve, or if you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us at shop@williamdickinson.co.uk and we will review your request in good faith.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the European Union or Portugal that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
