Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or billing details provided. Your purchases are subject to our Refund and Withdrawal Policy. You represent that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale or redistribution.
Section 4 — Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices for customers within the European Union are inclusive of applicable value added tax (VAT). For customers outside the European Union, no EU VAT is charged and prices are shown net of EU VAT. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, no customs duties or import charges apply to their delivery; you remain responsible for any taxes that may be due under the laws of your own country of residence.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update it as needed. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use the payment method, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes.
Section 5 — Digital delivery
All products sold through this store are digital products, delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to your purchase via (i) a download link displayed on the order confirmation page, and (ii) a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters, or other issues beyond our control. If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us at shop@williamdickinson.co.uk and we will resend it. Access to your purchased product remains available through our customer support for a reasonable period following purchase.
Section 5A — Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into Portuguese law by Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014. However, because our products are digital and delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to give explicit consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
